Emotional issues are a serious concern for students at SMKN 7 Takalar, who face high levels of pressure during their vocational training. As future workers, vocational high school students are expected to possess mental resilience so they do not give up easily when facing technical challenges that cause stress. The objective of this PKM program is to change students’ mindsets and improve their emotional regulation skills in order to foster a resilient and work-ready younger generation. The methods used were psychoeducation and training. The program consisted of several stages: presentation of the material, self-assessment, completion of a life map, emotional regulation training, and evaluation of the program. The program involved 40 tenth-grade students at SMKN 7 Takalar. The results of the program showed that the majority of participants gave positive feedback on the program’s implementation. This activity has a positive impact on students’ academic and psychological readiness by enhancing their understanding of a growth mindset, their capacity for self-reflection, and their awareness of the importance of emotional regulation.
