This Community Service (PkM) program was conducted to assist the "Abon" SME, which had never previously utilized performance measurement as a tool for self-evaluation to ensure business sustainability. The program implemented a performance measurement model derived from prior research, operationalized through a Microsoft Excel-based worksheet covering five Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): sales growth, customer satisfaction, complaint resolution, product defects, and employee satisfaction. Assistance was provided through field studies (observation, interviews, and literature reviews), followed by guidance on data entry, performance calculation, chart interpretation, and the evaluation of achievements against targets and prior-period performance. The outcomes of this activity include the "Abon" SME gaining an understanding of the utility of performance measurement, successfully conducting performance measurements using the worksheet, and acquiring the ability to evaluate performance.
